In the rare event where you have received a damaged product due to courier transits, We request you to register a complaint with us via email info@biharwasi.com or WhatsApp to 8744083261. We will process the immediate replacement or full refund as with your convenience (Note: Usually refund will take upto 7 business days to process)

We ensure 3 day easy return policy. It means customer can raise a returned request within 3 days of receiving the product from our logistics partner. To validate the reason for the returned, you need to share the following:
1. High-resolution and bright images of the damaged product including the entire product and the damage part.
2. Unboxing video of the product.
